What is Bootcamp?
Bootcamp is a mix of traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. It pushes the participants harder than they would push themselves and, in that way, resemble a military boot camp. The workout consists of cardiovascular conditioning (running or walking, plyometrics), strength training (light weights) and stretching. The coaches vary the exercises and format for every workout so no two boot camp sessions are the same.
